Another 60Hz only game is Space Ace, but that's crap too :)
The easiest way to do it is to take the Jag apart, wire the switch up and then use a composite or SCART cable to provide the video output (then you don't need to change the RF generator at all). The only reason for doing so is to run games at 60fps instead of 50fps - big deal. You only need 24 for the illusion of smooth movement anyway.
Any properly-written Jag cart auto-detects the machine it's running on and then changes the screen size and refresh rate automatically, so it's really a rather moot point. Save the dismantling for the BJL-mod.
