Jag carts I have and really like: DOOM, Atari Karts,Val d'Isre Skiing
Jag carts I have and think are okay: Pinball Fantasies, CyberMorph, Checkered Flag, SuperCross 3D. Most people hate Checkered Flag, but actually I think it's not too bad.
Jag carts I have and and don't really like: Troy Aikman Football, Flip Out!. I'm not a football fan, so I never play TAF. Flip Out is actually a very pretty-looking game; it's well-done and has nice graphics, but the game itself seems kind of simple and pointless to me - it's definitely no Tetris.
I recently ordered Iron Soldier and Super Burnout. I've read that both of these are good and you can find them for about $10-$15 on the Internet.
I would love to have Alien vs Predator or even better, Battle Sphere, but I can't find them for an affordable price.
