For example by getting an EPROM burner, patching + burning all their demos and then sticking them into a cart instead of the original EPROMS.

Longer explanation - only if you have an EPROM burner

1) Find rom of demo.
2) Convert out of .JAG format (if it's in this format already) You need raw binary with no headers added by the file format.
3) Patch the rom with the encryption bypass (instructions in archive)
4) Get a cheap cart (Hover Strike or Club Drive ;) ) and open it up.
5) De-solder the chips and replace with 32-pin sockets. Leave the front of the cart off for easy access.
6) Burn EPROM(s) of your demo. Don't ask me where on the chip, I'm not doing this as my burner is only 28-pin compatible.
7) Stick the chips in the sockets in the cart.
8) Stick the cart in your Jaggy
9) Tun the Jaggy on
10) Play!

That should work. I take no responsibility for people breaking their carts/Jaguar/heads/sanity. It is AT YOUR OWN RISK. And being good with a soldering iron would probably help.

I'm off to find an EPROM burner...
