From what I understand, Mozilla is an open source project for a web browser (from the Un*x world, from where else? :)), and Netscape is based on Mozilla, adding its own user interface and extended features.
I could imagine a port of Mozilla to Atari (MiNT would be probably the easiest cause it's the closest to Linux). Only a port would surely not be enough for running it on a Falcon though, cause it would be way too slow. A lot of optimization would have to be done. Do I recall correctly that there even was a port of the Linux netscape for MiNT once? There's something like that in the back of my mind.
Porting and optimizing Mozilla would result in a complete webbrowser, supporting JavaScript, Java, HTML 4, XML and all that stuff. Sure not as fast as the browsers on PCs or Macs, but there's still a noticeable difference between "works slow" and "doesn't work at all".
Anybody interested in starting a port? :)
