First of all WenSuite 2 is old, and outdated. It just doesn't work well. The latest version is WenSuite 3.12b.
Second, what you downloaded is in fact the update. You need to be a registered user and a serial number to activate it, or else it goes into a demo mode where you cannot connect PPP Link.
Wensuite is a commercial package, that is not yet supported or distributed outside of France, that's why there is no english version. It costs 290FF.
