the blitter can be used in full yes, as long as you keep it reading/writing from/to STram. Maybe it has a decent speed on a standard falc + ttram, but on a ct2 for instance.. the blitter is obsolete. The best is to keep buffers in ttram and blit with the cpu to stram. (for video or audio for instance)...
