You think you've got problems? I've just got a German Atari TT and I'm running NVDI 5 and MagiC 6 on the German TOS 3.06, I have a German keyboard and NVDI and MagiC are in German too! What's really annoying is software I'm used to being in english detecting the language and helpfully changing it for me. I can get around it sometimes by setting the keyboard language manually - this works with Protext 6 and I can use my Mega ST keyboard so the Y and Z are correct.
I'm getting a German Pofo as well - TOS 3.06 is bad enough in German, but MS-DOS 2.1 will be a pain.
I need to stop buying computers from Germany.
Have you contacted ASH? I suspect there's a simple CPX module to change your keymaps, but you might need a new MagiC resource file. www.application-systems.de should help you out, or try www.magicos.de (it's in english).
