The Cojag was an arcade version of the Jaguar used by Time Warner (Atari Games) to make the Area 51 games. They took the Jag and added a different 68000 series processor, and some other upgrades.

I have no idea if you could replace the 68000 chip though, and have it still work on standard games. I guess you would have to check voltage and stuff, and whether or not they have different instruction sets. The 68000 chip in the Jag was only supposed to be a general processor to monitor joystick input, though some developers who were scared of the jag hardware programmed the games just for it.
