I'm afraid you still haven't understood how
a YM-file works but at least i understood
what you are looking for. :-)

If you want to create samples that sounds like chip-generated, you simply need a wave-
synthesizer that let's you set parameters
for a wave and store it as .WAV for example.
Don't know any PC software that does it but
on the Atari, the Electronic Cow has
produced software for this (miniMoo for
example IIRC).
