Both BSB and Thunderbird have said they have more plastic shells and boards ready to go - just as soon as the price of the now-expensive 27C160 EPROMS drops.

There were something like 350,000 Jaguars built, and many thousands of them are in use still. Less than 1000 copies of BattleSphere have been built so far. Whether you think you have the 'right' to have a copy or not, there simply aren't enough yet for every Jag owner to have a copy...

Why should they? They spent five years of their spare time working on this game. If you spent 5 years of your spare time working on a hobby, would _you_ give it away so that someone else could turn around and sell it again to make a profit off of your hard work?
