Dear Someguy and Stone. In the first place, we are all in the team.
Everything what you have said had almost heard it already of Scatologic, but it sounds a little to me rare.
They have demonstrated, at least with the public in general, (I do not know with you) secret overwhelming, neither they respond to the e-mail, nor they give exact information and they say single informations.
That we do not have right to anything, they are the owners of the BS and can do what come to them in desire, but Scatologic would not be where it is, but for all we (they fan them of the Jaguar).
Much " history " with the contract with Hasbro, since they change a pair to him of levels to the BS and they call BSII to him and the subject finished, is more, now I believe that the proprietor of everything is Infogrames.
I want to leave sure that I do not have anything against Scatologic, and from here to congratulate to them by the excellent work with the BS, but they must recognize with are a little inexperienced in the subject of the distribution.
