Actually, since I remember,
My TT had 4x1mb SIPS on its board. Soldered on.
I got hold of 4 SIP to SIMM adapters, and put them in, and used simms.
I then got hold of 4 x 4Mb simms, and tried them... they have been in there ever since!
While the board does have jumpers, there is only 3 jumpers, with 2 possible settings ( Unless no jumpers is another setting? ) I am assuming, that it will NOT accept 16MB simms, but I am definetely going to have a look if I get hold of any, thats for sure!
The only trouble now, is that I only have 2Mb STRAM, and the memory, is soldered onto the board.
I wonder what the chips from the STE are?...HMMM....
