Try the motorola website. There should be a programming manual for the 68k there that lists instruction timings.

Generaly though each 16 bit memory access on an st costs you four cycles if I remember correctly.

So if you were executing an instruction that writes indirectly through an address reg the timings would be like this.

move.l absolute_address,(a0)

4 cycles for the instruction opcode move.l
8 cycles to get the address from absolute_address
8 cycles to write indirectly through a0

20 cyles IIRC.

On the Falcon it's a bit faster :-)
