In general: on a plain 68000 it's pisseasy to calculate. The timings table in ASCII is not big, a few KB tops. You want me to send it? Also it might be on the sync.atari.org page and then look under docs.
On 030 it's much more complex, likewise on 040/060 (cache, head/tail overlap, pipeline stalls).
