Could be software or hardware related.
Have you tried holding down control after the logo appears?
this forces a boot from floppy and would mean you have
a problem with your drivers or auto progs.

Hardware wise i can only think it might be memory related.
check connections are okay and expansion boards havnt shaken loose.
