Hi,
The program you're looking for is "Ancient Art of ASCII" or something like this.
As far as I can remember, it only works with Degas PI3 images, so you'll need
to convert younger formats such as GIF, JPG or PNG to PI3 in monochrome.
I can have a look to my ST disks collection this weekend and put it on my
website if you want (for those who can be faster than me and still have the disks
given with ST Magazine (french), it's on one of the floppies).
