Well, as far as I know, the Playstation is 32-bit, when the ST is 16/32 bits... moreover, the CPU is faster than the 68k of the ST, there are a lot more colours, the sound system is better etc...

On a ST, it would be nearly impossible.

Perhaps on a very fast clone such as the Milan, Hades or Xtos... why not?
