I have all the Jaguar games in ROM images. I got them for 1) use with Alpineboard, 2) use with Jagulator (but it never got released).
I cant see why anyone would want the ROM images at the moment, unless you have an alpine board, or EEPROM programmer.... But you could probably buy the games you want cheaper than a programmer, and a PCB kit.
