I think it is Videlity that you are referring to .....can't remember if it's freeware but in my pre-Eclipse days it came in handy with my 17" NEC multisync....it didnt' like the 21" Dell Ultrascan I have now though.....
I had the same problem on my stock Rev B. Falcon w/buffer modification. I was told that CENTScreen and MagiC don't get along--perhaps it's some of the coding tricks it uses? Other screen expanders might work, but darned if I can remember what they are; I was forced to part with the machine a long time ago...
