the original Falcon drives are Epson SMD-300.

Look around for a scrap PC for one, Gateway, Tandon, Twinhead PCs tend to use these drives.

You then need to set the 8 jumpers on the back and you are away. :o)

I just spent a fiver or a Tandon 386 to get a drive for my Falcon, works fine except bezel is white and not grey.
