Are you talking about GEOS as in the gui C64/C128 computer program!?

Gateway bought the amiga for its operating system to use in hand held devices Tos would be interesting. But ms has a windows ce for hand held devices which seems popular, unfortunately Atari and Amiga are too closely associated with games to be of interest to the public.
