The author of Jagulator is also the author of UHLE (The N64 Emulator). For the past few months he's been working on a new version of UHLE that uses OPENGL rather than Glide and is much more flexible.
The Jagulator was NOT finished, nor in a state of release. Perhaps when UHLE 1.5 has been released he will go back to it.
His Nick's are BxNoMercy (Jagulator) and RealityMan(UHLE), so you could always mail him via UHLE and ask him whats happening!
