Not impossible, just hard ;)
If you get what's called a 'flash rom cart' you can copy roms from your PC to the cart, but they are very expensive (>$300). Otherwise there are hardly any ways to do it, unless you have an EPROM programmer (you can then take a cart apart and replace the chips). Sorry.
