Hi wasn´t Zoom just the "icon editor" from the RSC-editor Interface?
I believe Interface is available as shareware, but with some strange restriction so that anyone downloading it must email the author to get a code to be able to unzip the archive.
Depending on what you are trying to do, you could also try RSM 2.11e, which is a shareware version. It works good for standard operations, but you need to register it to get access to the icon/image editor IIRC. The newer versions of RSM are probably even more sophisticated I guess. Then there is also the Atari Resource Editor, which probably works solid, but is somewhat out of date. I think last version was something like 3.0.29b or so..
