1024s is almost identical to the Atari SC1435, they are very easy to adapt to a Falcon. They shouldn't shift centre, but if they do there is an adjustment for it in the front panel to fix that. Mine works fine with an ST, and I use a SC1435 with the Falcon. Most centre shifting problems arise from monitors not syncing 100%. e-mail me if you need a wiring diagram.
