Well, if you can solder, the job can be accomplished simply by attaching the proper wires. The voltage output is different, however (0.7 vs. 1.0 V), so a few added parts are recommended. A quick search of "VGA Atari" should find the schematics.

If you cannot solder, several people, including Mario Becroft, sell them. Do a search under "Mario Becroft Atari".

Either way, you will get a very nice ST High. ST Low and Medium require a scan adapter, which is another story altogether. Reply if you're curious.
