Hello David,
the company, MUCS, who made the draconis internet package, has left the atari- marked, because of the missing Milan 2. But the owner of www.atari-fachmarkt.de, Peter Denk is selling and shipping draconis and you should look at his page and ask for support (I think the pages of the DC2 Atari Corner still exist, too).
