Sorry for the delay, I don't come here that often ;)
My main language is English.
German is conversational (as in I can talk to someone in Germany for a bit; they'll know I'm not German but they'd understand)
French _was_ conversational but I stopped it for a year to do Russian and now it's quite bad.
Russian I've only been doing for a year, so I don't know much more than how to go shopping, ask for directions and where to get vodka ;)
I can understand some Spanish and Italian, but only because I do so many others so I can puzzle it out.
By far the best place for Jag-related stuff is JI2 (http://www.atarihq.com/interactive/); I go there every day and only check this one occasionally.
