Dont ask, I dont know, but, I have just been to make sure I am right, and yes, they do both run on my TT, perfectly happily too!
Maybe its the CACHE?
If you turn that off on the Mega STE, then CuBase runs on the Mega STE, and maybe that does something to the TT? - I just dont know?
I can say though, that I have a very weird TT.
NOT ONE SINGLE TT ONLY PROGRAM WILL RUN ON IT.
Seriously, they just dont! - However, a lot of STE only stuff runs on it great!
All versions of CuBase run perfectly well which is another bonus.
And they are more useable in TT MEDIUM REZ with the extra space for tracks and that. Oh, and yes, not under Magic, TOS they do, and Calamus only want STHIGH, not TT Med, so thats a shame
Why this TT is like this, I just dont know, I have tried to find out, and a lot of people who dont believe me, come to the house, and I show them, and they just cannot believe it????
Its not bothering me as such, but it does have a lot of niggles that can do me in though...
Maybe its this that lets a lot of games run - once again, I just do not know.
Anyway, if you, or anyone is reading this, and they do not know me, but would like solid 100% proof, that my TT does this, then I would be very happy to let them come to my house, and actually see it in action.

Oh, and just in case you are wondering, no its not an STE Board inside a TT Case, although I had that feeling not long after I bought it...
