About the modem, first sak System Solutions to upgrade your modem port to 33.000 otherwise you will pay a fortune in phone fee's.

You don't need a special ST-modem, just a ordinary "PC-modem". So just look in your local newspaper on the private ads I'm sure you will find a cheap modem. And if you got a standard ST you don't need a faster modem than 19.200.
