Oh yes, of coursem I could have mentioned that, but then, I could have mentioned dozens of others too!
But, I didnt!
Not for any specific reason, no way, they all do a good job, and others do a great job, but, SCSITOOL cannot pick up a handfull of my drives, when the other do, so, what if this guy has a similar drive to what I also have?
I could have also mentioned SD-Driver, which is lightning fast, and amazingly good at finding all kinds of drives, and I can even change the partitioning on a drive ( But, it will wipe off any partitions after the one I alter ) but its simply NOT AHDI Compatible.
A Very similar problem with the GESOFT Driver too! - That is AHDI Compatible, but it hates other drivers being used at the same time.
I would seriously recomment AHDI before ANY other PD Driver, as it has NEVER failed to find any drive I want to throw at my TT on SCSI, or ACSI, and also, AHDI was the one and only program, that I have ever come across, that allowed me, to move over from using SD-Driver ( SD-Driver would crash if I tried to add any other Driver, except AHDI )
Before, I used SD-Driver, but like I said, its NOT AHDI/XHDI Compatible, so, other Disk Drivers would crash if they read the SD-Driver partitioning. But not AHDI.
Anyway, the bottom line of it is, that in my own personal experience, he should go for HD Driver, but as that is a Commercial program, then surely, he should go for something that is most likely to find, his HD, and let him use it with the least ammount of trouble!
Of course, SCSITOOL is PD too, so why does he not get both?
Are you listening mate?
Can anyone actually read all of that cack?
