It would be hard work getting useful source code out of it but you could try, I think you would be better of working from the source if you can. If you do dissasemble then I recomend trying the different versions around, the one form the Discovery Pack would be best as there is no protection in it.
I have thought about doing a port of this game to a PC using nice 3D rendered graphics or even enhanced for Falcon/TT.
