Hey, take a look at www.xtos.de. These people try to build a new atari-clone. Some of the medusa staff is involved in the project too.
Some specs: 333 mhz coldfire processor, agp, usb, ethernet...
it is really worth waiting, for these computer will be as expencive as the milan/hades stuff right now.
