You could use C, but the development tools weren't made by Atari (some French company I think). The problem with using this was that developers had to buy this software package at some extortionate price, _then_ buy the Jaguar devkit (Alpine board etc) from Atari at around $6000. And that's not a hex address.

Also, it wasn't supported by Atari, so if you had problems you were on your own :(

So, very few development teams ever used C, and the software (if it still even exists) is probably lost. Doesn't mean there's nobody with a copy left though.

You may have some luck re-posting on Jaguar Interactive 2 (the main Jag messageboard); it gets a much greater throughput than these boards.
