Hey, come on now, enough is enough!
Why is everyone trying to slag off the great MicroSoft???
I had a crash last night, where it didnt shut down properly, and it only wiped a few hundred megs off my drive! - I think that is good as it was only my work files, and only some of the important system files, so why are you bickering about it?
I have only had to work through one night, and all of today to try to recover it, and I have managed to recover almost 300k out of the 700MB that went missing, and I managed it by simply putting the hard disk, into my Linux PC and using that to do it, and for windows to let linux read its disk is very clever I think!
Good old Microsoft.
At just 2:15 AM I managed to get it running, and back onto the net, and so it only took me around 24hours ( Actually its exactly 24 hours I think? ) and another re-install to get my system back up and running, so why people keep going on about windows I will never know?

To those who give a toss, this is actually 100% true!
I really have been up all bloody nioght trying to recover from just the latest in a massive long list of WANKDOWS Shytie Hate's Crashes, and I am utterly Effing sick of it.
I gennuinely have lost several months of good work, and among them, is a list I have been compiling for a friend who does Karaoke, and the list is of almost 6000 CD's - I know 2 months ago, we hit the 5000 mark, so its far more than that!
I am just fucking glad that I have most of my work backed up on the TT!
Which by the way - My Atari's have NEVER CRASHED, and took so much as a single file from me, in the .... What? ... 15 Years or so that I have been using them?

You would think that for a company to make as much money as they do, they could get off their fat arses and actually bother to write reliable stuff wouldnt you?
