In fact for FPU it's not really true
you can use some Atari software on Mac PPC
and MagicMac. This software must be compilated with -m68020-40 or -m68020-60 of the GCC, I think 3 or 4 years ago I was the first to use this option for atari application, it's the best speed for Milan and Hades 40, and Hades 60 and work fine under MagicMac if you use SoftwareFPU or PowerFPU extension. I use this options for my dynamic library of OpenGL (Mesa_gl.ldg and tiny_gl.ldg). Since some time on sparemint they use now this options too.
