Can anyone suggest an ST Zip equivalent that can deal
with sub-directories that use extended filenames? ST Zip
in its v2.6 incarnation seems to be constrained by the 8*3
format and can't seem to access subdirectories with such
extended filenames. Specifically, has anyone managed
to unzip Pinball Dreams with any TOS-only
unarchiver??

Although ST-ZIP is a rather nice program, it has a few limitations. Two of the main ones are the inability to deal with LFN and the inability to properly configure .ZIPs with many files (I don't know what the limit is, but I haven't had any trouble with up to 100 included files). I suggest you use a command-line archiver.
