There are plenty of accelerator cards for the Falcon. Allowing much more memory than you described as well (my own has 68mb memory).
The Videl runs 25 MHz (VGA) and 32 MHz (RGB) as standard. The highest RGB resolution you can get is approx 832*600 in HiColour and 1664*600 in 256 colours.
With an acceleratorcard the videl is usually overclocked to 50 MHz offering much better resolutiuons with VGA monitors.
