Just download a use SIO2PC or APE (Also on the NET) and boot the downloaded Spartados.atr file on your system.

Set your original diskdrive to drive #2.
Put an empty disk in this drive.
On the SpartaDOS command-line 'XINIT' follow the questions and a SpartaDOS bootdisk will be created. You also can use XINIT and NO-DOS. Copy after formatting one of the .DOS files from your drive #1 to drive #2 and type 'BOOT D2:*.DOS'
