I have had a thought, of using the ST Format / ST User / ST Review / Atari World etc coverDisks, but then, part of that deal, was that they were ONLY given away to people who bought the magazine
This would be along the lines of only allowing things like Cola, or crisps as part of a multipack thingy if you see what I mean, so even though its not actually legal to do this as such, its surely not illegal to put the CoverDisks out for everyone?
I have tons of coverdisks too, and there is some quality stuff on the disks, so its a shame not to use it.
However, the last thing we need is for me to release anythign without solid permission, so I will keep on their backs for sure!
I cannot understand why I cannot use First Basic, as everyone with as ST got it with the bloody thing anyway, and PowerBasic is a measily tenner, and in factm I got HBasic 2 for only a tenner straight from HiSoft themselves, and given the fact that HiSoft are not supporting the Atari anymore, and some of the software by them, cannot be bought from them anyway, so how they can say that they will loose out on certain software, is beyond me?
However, this is just how it is, so there is nothing more I can do for now.
All I can say on this matter, is bugger!
