Parris, dont fret it. The only problem you may come across is that the TV display will run at 60 instead of 50Hz. Most TV's esp newer ones will be fine. If you can change the TOS ROMS for UK ones this will solve the screen problem and the keyboard layout will change to UK too. (you still wont have a £ symbol on the keyboard though :)
