ok parris and thanks, i've emailled you the requested info, the next project i'll be working on is connecting an atari st to an ethernet 10 meg tcpip network, i'm really hoping that i could use some of the space on my server (which has 150gig, so should be able to spare some) as a shared drive on my st, and could be used as some sort of hard drive on my st, also to be able to share the net access from my cable modem, if this works i may get hold of another st and connect it to the same drive share as the first, so it will be easy to exchange files and access the internet, but i doubt this will be easy
