Hello,
you have the infamous SCSI DMA bug. Many Falcons were patched in factory from this, but many wern't. It is possible to fix, and I suggest that you contact Zcuba Tech at http://www.czuba-tech.com/, he can give you a price for the fix. There are probably "do it yourself" solutions available as well, although I can't pinpoint any specific.
As Hylst wrote, accelerators such as Centurbo1 and Nemesis cure the problem as well. Although I _think_ both are sold out by now, though I guess Czuba might have some Centurbo1 left.
