I have Debian running on my TT. MY TT has 20 Megs of RAM (16 TT, 4 ST) and it runs just fine. Linux sees both memory types just fine, though it is more stable if you configure the kernel to run from ST RAM only.

I haven't tried the Linux DOOM, though that could be interesting.

I have thought of taking over the uClinux Atari port, though since it is no longer supported. I did manage to compile 2.0.33 and boot my 4Meg 520st just fine. I am working on the 2.0.38 version now.

Also, thinking of porting uClinux to the JAG......
