OK! So U want to emulate the 65XE...

The 65XE is (BASICLY) an ATARI 800XL in a new case, and with Atari Basic revision C...
If All you want is an EMULATOR... check on the web for them. There are several out there.

What kind of a system do you want to emulate it on? ATARI, Apple, IBM (YEECH!), ETC...
