The only thing that comes close is the Parallel port ethernet adaptors (D-Link DE600) and custom drivers, but I don't know if that project was ever finished.
The best way to get the two machines talking would be through a null-modem cable, using STiNG or STiK on the Falcon, and Windows Direct Cable Connection, since both use TCP/IP as the transport. You can then ping and FTP your falcon as if it were networked, and even use a proxy on the PC to get the falcon on the web using CAB.
What do you need your falcon networked to a PC for anyway? File transfer? Get a SCSI CD-writer!
