You should be able to run a PPP connection over the falcon serial port (stix or sting?), to the Windows sygate host. Run Windows direct connection to get it on the local network. I havent used sygate, but I have used wingate, and if its similar, you should only have to give permissions to the falc to retrieve web traffic.
