This means, that you need to take the terminators out of the 700MB Drive for it to work.
yes, SCSI does need termination on both ends, but the chances are, that you have a Fujitsu HD in the TT ( I did, and so does a few other people I know ) and the termination IS by jumpers on this model...

They are jumpers 21-22 on the big jumper block.
The 700MB can be booted happily ( Again maybe with HD Driver or at least a better driver than you have like CBHD / GeSoft ) but ONLY if you make smaller partitions, like a 120mb + 120MB + WhatsLeftMB
