1. No, you can't. :)
2. There are PC disassemblers available, but I don't think you really want to use one. It might be for some use if you disassemble a program which is written in x86 assembly, but since most programs is written in C and probably the C compiler have optimized the code so you are completely lost at first sight, you might begin to understand something after about a year if you study the code. ;)
