I agree that maybe a clone would be cheaper, but it wouldn't be any more compatible and perhaps people like tuning their TTs. :-)
About the CaTTamaran: It depends on the board revision of the TT if the CaTTamaran works at all and how well it does work. In most cases, even the 48MHz kit runs into temperature problems, causing crashes and failed reboots. I wouldn't even dare thinking about tuning it up to 72 MHz.
About the graphics card: I would recommend Mario's version, too. It's new, buying it supports keeping the TT hardware development alive and it's even got a (so far not usable by software) network card.
What more could you ask for (except for maybe a driver for the network card ;-)
